Chrome Outfits on Visiphone issue

Hey guys today i was previewing some of the new outfits and i saw my character with the chrome problem on the outfits.
I never had this issue so i am sure its a tier 6 problem.
I already did file check and the issue remains the same and it occurs randomly at the visiphone preview and i need to restart the game...
Anyone getting this problem?

Fullscreen issue, i had this issue and it PLAGUED Me. I changed back to Virtual Fullscreen and it fixed it.
