Bug regarding attempting to join game with new character for the first time

Sorry about the long title.

Anyhow, I just downloaded PSO2 a couple days ago. I want to be able to play the game. I've followed everything in the tweaker, I've managed to make a character.

However, every time, without fail, that I select the character and attempt to join, the game almost immediately blackscreens, then reports a crash. I do not know what happened. I have tried everything, disabling my antivirus, turning down graphics settings, all of it. Nothing has worked.

I think someone might be more capable of helping me, because I'm absolutely lost right now.

First, check if you meet the Reqs of pso, second, run a file check of all your pso using tweaker.

Also, Game had a MAYOR patch 3 days ago, 18gbs, so check if you got it.

To give you an idea, you should have 45k~ files and the game should be around 37gb on your drive.

For what you describe it looks like a missing file or corrupted one, so running the file check should do, if not, reinstall.
