Article: Forecast for Friday: Absolute Zero
The next major event to hit PSU on the Xbox 360 will be starting December 3!
Similar to Operation Firebreak, this event requires Guardians to do their best to purify unnaturally cold and dark environments. Players will be given Photon Reflectors to assist with the task. It should be noted that this event takes place not in the present, but between Chapters 3 and 4 of Episode 3.
Previewed recently by GM Edward@Sega, this event has now been detailed on the English and Japanese homepages. The following components are slated to appear:
- Absolute Zero - Event Prologue Mission
- Defrosting Guide - Event Tutorial Mission
- Frozen Flowers (C-S2) - Main Event Mission
- Frigid Challenge (C-S2) - Bonus Mission (Time Challenge)
- Ice Crystal Exchange - Item Exchange Mission
- Hit the Counter! - Bonus Mission (Milestone Rewards)
- Mission Launch Post - Recruitment Mission
All of these missions can be found on the 5th floor of the GUARDIANS Colony and will be available until January 20. A special event site will be made available for the event to track point gains and reveal panel rewards consisting of new event content and post-event bonuses.
Additionally, Christmas is on its way to PSU! The seasonal lobbies will be in place until midnight PST on December 26. Remember that Rappy Noels will be dropping Christmas Trees<a/> during this time. However, the seasonal items sold at the Variety Shop (<a href="http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/6/1214/christmas/">Christmas, Wreath, and Xmas Box) will still be available through January 20. A rotation from the Goth set to the Modern set will also take place at Casino Voloyal.
