I was also wondering were can I sign up for the open beta as well. I used to play PSOBB and PSO+ and when I heared about the new PSO2 I just had to be here for it! If anyone can plz post the link to the sign in for the open beta and directions to signing up (can't read japanese yet) can't wait to meet new people and play this awesome game XD!!!
