How do emergency quest trigers work?

So has any one bought one of these yet/know ow they work?

They don't seem posible to do ith only a party of 4, yet thats all you can form normaly....

I'm guessing here
You get them, then you go to the quest counter and select an option close to the bottom near the training stuff I believe, not choose from Free, limited, Arks, etc. quest like usual. You load up the quest and you should get options like password, min-max levels required, etc. and you load the campship. It is through these options that you can make it closed off to anyone but people in your team/friends list or open to those who know your password so you can have 4 players or up to 12 (they can join the same mpa through the counter if they meet yuour requirements). If the person who used the trigger gets disconnected or leaves for any reason, the whole quest ends right there.

Again, this is all guesswork on my part with some stuff I read from Bumped, I never got these triggers.
