Controller not Working since Today (solved)

Until today i could play using my Controller (Its an older one from Logitech) with out any problems.
Today i logged in and no replay from controller,
Checked Software and Hardware;
It still functions with at least two other Games;

Since there where no Win !0 updates today i Assume it might be a problem with PSO2..
I am using the Tweaker, an applied the regular ermegency patch to remove the DMG Parser (not that i was using it or had it installed)
After that i was still able to play..

Some one some ideas?
Before i have to resort to complet reinstall

Short update:

Just to be safe i bought me a new controller/Game Pad just now,
still no reaction with PSO 2,
I can use it with all other games that i have, just not with pso 2 anymore...

got the exact same problem since today. Gamepad won't work on pso 2 but still working in other games
