    Default Tweaker Patches not Translating Cutscene Subtitles

    So I finally managed to start up the game with the tweaker. I have all of the English patches installed and updated to the current versions, but all of the in-game cutscenes don't have English subtitles. Do the English patches not have translations for the cutscenes, or is there something wrong on my end?
