New menu translation needed

Upon opening the JP client i noticed there have been some changes made to it, does anyone have a new translation guide available for it?

Just use the tweaker and install the english patches? I've been playing since the FF14 collab update and there hasnt been any new menus

If he is using the SEGA launcher, he is not using the tweaker.

I am talking about where you turn the graphics up and set resolution etc
