Sega ID - Help

Hello . . .

After some time without playing i returned to PSO2 and for my surprise Sega will stop working with SecureOTP.
So i decided to change my authentication method.

But there was a problem . . .
I can't remember the e-mail I used to create my account . . .
I remember nearly everything except the Name and e-mail . . .

So is there any way to know or change my e-mail ? I know the password i used on e-mail as well since it's the same i always use.

Note : Sega has a Inquiry Form that can help but i don't know japanese. If anyone whos speaks Japanese wish to help it would be extremelly apreciated.

Too bad it's not "i forgot my ID but still remember my email" episode.

Try to check for old mail inside your email inbox, there should be old SEGA ID registration email back when you just register your SEGA ID except if you're being extremly tidy and delete everything.
If you can't do that, you'll need to personally contact SEGA i believe, though the chance they actually being helpful is quite low.

That's one of the problems I can't remeber the e-mail i used , And the unique e-mail with something related to Sega that i have is locked to other account .
Anyway , i gave up and created another account . . .

There goes my 13* rarities T-T
