Is this a texture issue?

Certain areas of the floor of the lobby look like they're blank white. I've done the Tweaker's file checks a couple times now, no change. Also, the bridge entrance doesn't appear to exist. Attached a picture for reference.

Is this just some dumb aesthetic change or is my install broken?
