PSO Tweaker Error

I tried to log into PSO2 through Tweaker, but I received an error. I was then prompted to send the url of the pastebin that popped up to this site.

Your tweaker is being permission blocked from running on the desktop. Look into taking ownership of the PSO2 install, then try again.
