Default Returning after a year and a half . Better to start over?

Its been a year and a half since I last played this game. A lot has changed it seems. I feel totally lost now. Would it be better just to start over with a new toon now? I first started a toon back when the runs was the last level you could go through and you had to defeat certain boards withing a time limit with an S rank. I think I left around the time the casno was built. It seems like if I start over, I might be able to level back up quicker. I do have a slot for a third toon to be created. Have they made it so that leveling would be faster if I started over?

What's your highest level class? You should probably make the 3rd character either way, for more skill tree resets.

Eh, you might as well keep the character. If you want to start over anyway then you could use the 3rd character slot, but I wouldn't like delete your old characters or anything.

As far as leveling goes, AQs and EQs are still two of the best ways to level. The new Riding Quests are good too if there's people doing them.

Since you can get higher quality weapons using collection files, which you can only complete if you can run XH difficulty, it's probably better to keep going than to start over. Although they do give out EXP 15000 tickets like candy now, so it does make the early levels easier, but you would still have to unlock all the free fields and licenses if you started over.
