Patch failed to extract correctly error

The latest update broke something for me, every now and then we have to redownload all patches again, well, my english patch is acting up. I can install the Large Files and Story Patch fine, but the English Patch just doesn't work.

• My game path is located here: R:\Games\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2
• I always run my game in aministrator mode
• I've made sure Win32 it's not write protected
• I've analyzed install for issues

Any ideas?

Update: Tried again just now and it generated a Pastebin.

I'm stuck on the login boot loop in vmware fusion 8.5.0, windows 7 64 bit ultimate virtual machine

I used:

Troubleshooting > Check for Missing / Old Files (Old Method), and turned on item translation. I did not install any patches and I am able to be online (in Japanese).

I also utilized the first three options in the troubleshooting menu, but it didn't work until I used the old method.
