You can still complete a sheet even if they are "expired", as long as it doesn't asks for anything from any specific quest that can no longer be run. You just can't get them again after it's cleared.

They already drop from TD4 I believe

I do plan on making a thread to let people sign up for two Necky Runs later in the week. I have two triggers I'd like to use.I want to check the EQ schedule once it's up before I do though.
