game looses resolution settings on restart.

Every time I restart the game the settings seem to get all fucked up, and it goes from being 1600x900 in windowed mode, to 1920x1080 full screen, and this is starting to get annoying.

I have taken to backing up and restoring user.pso2 on each launch since that is the quickest way to keep my settings but this is getting anoying, does any one have any idea what is going on/how to fix it?

Just like what everyone does.
Delete user.pso2 file, launch JP launcher to get new file and play the game normally.

This usually will fix the problem.
