Nothing appearing after passing the "Push Enter Key"

When I pass through the screen where it says "Push Enter Key", the background just animates but nothing pops up. Can anyone help resolve this issue? Thanks

If I press CTRL + ALT + DEL, then this error message pops up:

Perform datacheck and apply only basic EN patch, see if it's working.

The error you see by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL is bound to happen, PSO2 will went full nuts and display error message everytime something else is going fullscreen.
These will also happen if you're ALT+TABing out from the game while it's running on fullscreen although this one is kind of random.
