NP1002 - GameGuard Error (Yes I have tried everything)

I have tried to analyse the install, check for updates, check for old/new/missing/deleted files, I have done a filecheck on the vanilla launcher, I have rebooted several times, I have done this that and the other.
I am defeated, I cannot for the life of me resolve this.

I am running:

Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Insider Preview Build 14965

Not that it matters what my specs are but here they are anyway because someone is likely going to ask:

Intel Core i5 4690k
16GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 1060 6GB

Two SSD setup
C: - Primary OS
P: - PSO2 drive (separate drive for PSO2)


I have run out of ideas, I was previously able to play without any issues and to my knowledge almost nothing has changed, it really is one of those "It was working one minute and the next it wasn't."

I know various threads have said this is due to Windows Update but I'm sceptical unless there's some solid evidence on that,

If anyone could advise it would be much appreciated.
If anyone needs any more information to help aide in fixing this, then please ask away.

Your insider build is too new to gameguard, thus it can't run it's compatibility layer correctly. You either can A) Wait it out for god knows how long, or B) format/upgrade back to a previous build of windows.
