I'm looking at all this fashion going on and I cry because I am too broke in game to get what I want.
For some reason, the amount of fashion items in PSO2 is one of the things that dragged me in to begin with.

Soon. For now just start small time with what you can afford and save up for the things you want most. Work on messing with those camera angles and expressions in the meantime.

Even with the basic stuff, if you like what you've created, then don't be hesitant to show off your stuff. Fashion is about your personal satisfaction, and when you are proud of your work put it out there to try and spread that feeling and your ideas to others. And like yoshiblue said, take time and play around with the camera, poses, and facial expressions; these can take a look from blah to fantastic.
