Lose the babyface, it's horrible. I don't mean on your character in particular, it simply (almost) never looks good in game in general.
Use natural makeup, not model makeup.

Basically seconding WarSarah's suggestions.

For hair, I suggest Barette Asymmetrical Short.

Use the other face variant (anime face, but not the 'loli' face)
As for hairstyle, I'd go with WarSarah's suggestions, though her bust could be a bit bigger

Alice Nakiri Human File

No prob bob, here's the file if you'd like. You might want to tweak it a bit. As for the items I used...

HEAD:
-Hair: アシメツーブロック (Asymmetrical Two Block) but one that would work better would be 髪留めアシメショート
-Eyelashes: イラストまつげE　黒
Everything else is default

BASEWEAR:
For the chef look, カフェコックコートＦ影[Ba] would work well. As for the outfit I used in the pic I took, テーパードパンツ雪[Ba].
