ARKS Road! Need Help!

Hey Guys, so I started another character on PSO2, and I been doing the arks road but I had a random one pop up after [MAG, Forest Area] That is all in japanese, I think it wan't me to do episode for but I'm playing my character in episode 1-3. Its in japanese so I don't know what it is asking me to do. Any Ideas?

Google translate this page. Click on the downwards pointing arrow for a table that reveals what you have to do in each part of arks road.

EDIT: Annoyingly, the page doesn't have info regarding details of that part either. swiki is still a better source of information than incredibly outdated Cirnopedia though.

It seems it wants you to advance through the storyboard though.

You might be required to run EP4 story for a bit until you can unlock Phantom Repulsion: Tokyo. It's required for Tokyo Exploration, which you also need to clear.
