I was looking through the list on the visiphone but wasn't sure if there was a cooldown on joining a team and leaving. Guessing a lot of the higher number teams have many offline "done with the game" players. Thanks for the fast post

No cooldown afaik. As for team's acitvity, you can always ask manager or TM, if you gonna speak to them one way or another.
