They didn't say much about it but the video itself was showing 10SG per additional scratch. So as long as the card listss it as a possible prize (out of 3) the most you would have to spend is 20SG per card.

Sounds like a worse rabbit hole than SG Scratch, since the price is so low that people will slowly whittle away their reserves looking for Grind Cap +1s.

But at the very least you're guaranteed to get it. If the item isn't listed, you do nothing, and if it is, you spend 20SG max. You may even get it first try and spend nothing. Sounds a whole lot better than spending 4 times that amount, and getting EX Meseta Booster #124352.
