I saw a few pictures of people claiming they did it with a stock ungrinded Doublesaber NT in about 15ish minutes; probably more that the doublesaber ring and fighter's raw atk boost skills really do a lot of work

The only problem I have with the cars is panic.

So, Lv20 Panic Ring, go!

There is also a Prevent Panic effect from timed abilities. I know this because the 4K ATK braver was using it!

The panic isn't the worst part about the cars.

It's the goddamn hitstun and the fact they move faster than players at full speed after 2nd tonuge phase.

Also getting hit by PD's charge I couldn't see coming because he attacked from UNDER the arena is so very fair. I deserve that 1400 damage.

Already cleared once, and I seriously don't want to go through this shit again for S rank.

For the cars (once Double and the cars speed up), I found that running in fairly tight circles helped. Similar kind of trick to the old Vol Opt ver.2 trick on PSO (where you'd run in circles to avoid the homing trap shot). Before Double speeds up, the cars are easy to avoid but I found that once they speed up, you get caught if you're running straight.
