For whatever reason. I can't get any automated emails from SEGA containing captchas, codes, or other responses to verify playing the game on a new platform.
My SEGA ID is all sorted out. I can receive emails from updates if a new patch or scratch comes in or some other promotion. I can get an email if I'm logging in from a PC on a different IP address... as far as I could recall.
But there is NOTHING I'm getting in PS4. I hit that thing, hours later, no email. I have yahoo email filters ensuring the email doesn't get thrown to spammed or zapped completely, but I can't get anything at all. Should I even go to sega.jp/support for this?
How come nothing gets through?
