I'm stuck after quitting a training mission

So, a week ago I took a training quest and then had to exit the game (Because my PC Was about to crash, and last time It crashed without me manually logging out, my game got corrupted)
and now I'm playing again.
When I logged on to the character selection, my character was laying down. I thought nothing of it as first, thought that it was probably just some weird bug.
But then, when I entered the Arks Lobby, I saw that my character was still laying down and I was frozen. I simply can not move right now. Also, my lvl is now 1, which leads me to assume that it's because of that training quest that I exited from. Does anyone know what I should do?

EDIT: I asked some people in-game, this is what they told me to do:
Log out to Start Menu, Exit game, Go to room, call for Aida.
I did all of this, and it did not work. This is not a problem on my side, it's something wrong with the game. I might take some screenshots to show you all how it looks like.
