What are some good Gunslash Builds?

I hate original Ein Raketen for the hitstop on both the upward swing and shooting.
I mean, Tri-Impact Type-0 does what uncrafted Ein Raketen can do, and even better.

unmodded ein is pretty great, I'd have to find an opportunity to mess around with type-0 still. unmodded the damage is split 50/50 with s-atk and r-atk, while swiki's saying type 0 shifts more of the damage onto the shockwave. Depending on if you cancel out of the attack by using the midpoint JA window or let the whole animation play out, the shockwave will change from S-atk scaling to R-atk. it might be great as a TAJA partner for Serpent Air or Tri Impact 0 if you are focusing on S-atk, not sure what's up in the world of R-atk gunlashing these days, but I know Slash Rave and that one other PA are still pretty great for hybrid S-atk/R-atk builds

The big hit of Slash Rave is S-Atk in, ranged attribute out so 91% of its power is still based on S-Atk. Yeah, R-Atk gunslash is not cool.
Also gunslash ranged-heavy PAs are not very strong anyway. Aiming Shot has low power with long animation, and Thrillsplosion is... awkward. You can mob, but not boss with a ranged gunslash build.

While we're on the topic of this, can I use Celesta Laser as my Gunslash? That 35% TAJA looks really appealing, and I'm already at Pot Lv. 2.

I don't see why not, you'll need to TAJA as a FI anyway.
A 13* is still better since Serpent Air spamming is quite effective in certain case.

P/S: I love my Union. Gunslash is quite PP inefficient in exchange for good PP recovery so that -10% PP cost help a lot.
