For people without any 12 star units, arm will probably be the annoying one. There's a few guaranteed ways to grab units.
Rear - 2017 badge / battle arena shop / 1000 titles.
Leg - 2017 badges / 900 titles
Arm - Gix Arm / 800 titles

Oh, the 2017 badge ones are still in the shop? Well in that case, the requirement is easily overcome. You get a free Gix Arm for an S rank clear of Ult Amd, so that's a complete set. That still leaves the issue of this requirement being utterly pointless though, since these units are kinda terrible.

What an idiotic requirement.
If Sega thinks this will improve average player quality for expert blocks, boy are they in for a surprise.
As for me, I'll just grind random rear and arm 12*s to +10, equip for title, then throw them back into storage. Austere still better.
Can't wait for +10 unaffixed Gix and Nyau unit players shitting up my runs.
