Any way to log out of your Sega ID on PS4?

Is there any way to log out of your Sega ID on the Playstation 4 version of PSO2? I have tried uninstalling the game numerous times and it still just keeps automatically logging me in. I have even tried changing my password to see if it prompts me to re-log in and it doesn't. Just keeps auto-signing me in. Does anyone have experience with this issue? Thanks.

Just figured out that if you create a new Japanese PSN account, you can log out of your Sega ID. The only problem is now, under this new PSN, I can't seem to log back in.

Now I'm getting this error which means that my Sega ID is already linked to another PSN account. The problem is I DELETED THAT PSN ACCOUNT. Am I just totally screwed now? There must be a way to link my new PSN account to my Sega ID, because technically it's linking to an account that doesn't exist...That can't be the end of that...Can it?
