Unable to update the game after 7 June 2017 maintenance. Error 103.

As the title says, I can't update my game at all ever since the latest update. Once the game finishes checking all files, error 103 triggers, stopping me from downloading anything. Tried to start as admin, tried downloading while logged onto my VPN (SEA player, playing in JP), nothing appears to work.

Some notes about my installation:

• PC is brand new, on Windows 10. This is the first time it's doing an update after maintenance
• I use a VPN as mentioned, but updates usually go through without issue
• Installed clean, vanilla PSO2 from the Ep4 PC Disc set.

Might it be a file permission issue? If the problem persists, I may try to do the update via tweaker instead.

Hope this isn't a nice little "present" left behind by AsiaSuck or a FU move by Sega themselves.

Solved it by using tweaker to update. Vanilla client now starts like it should.
