Xbox gamepads not working

I'm not sure how recent this issue is, but it seems PSO2 doesn't like either of my Xbox controllers, neither the 360 or Xbox One pad, and it seems to be relatively recent, as I was playing just fine with it less then 2 weeks ago, and now it just decided to not acknowledge input from either them at all.
Longshot, but does anyone else have this problem, and if so, how did you fix it?

EDIT - I think totally figured it out. It seems using the Steam configuration options for gamepad can cause the issue. Disabled it, and it seems to be working now.
If you don't launch the game through Steam, it should work fine, but I do, so..
Goddamn it, Valve.
