Unless they're separate titles to unlock hero rather than the existing class x 75 cap titles (hell, even if that is the case), for being 75/75 hu/fi, Ashe doesn't have any of the class cap unlocks set. I see it being likely given that it's a test server, that the regular co's aren't actually complete resulting in the oddity you see there.

They're Titles, so it can be on different characters.

seems like i gonna choose sword hero weapon to use that can feel im using like ranger thing
