Pso2 es error 006 upon logging in

I recently got a new phone and installed pso2es 3.0. When I attempted to log in with my pso2 credentials it displayed error 006 and displayed a window with four input boxes. I thought .maybe this was one of those things where they send a verification code to your email but so such email has arrived. The text is in Japanese so I have no idea what I am doing and I am afraid to continue.

You need the "Device transfer Code" that is available on the last device where you ran PSO2es under your account. This allows you to be able to access it again under a new device, in this case your old phone.

If you don't have your old device, you can hit the button in the bottom right corner of the screen with the 4 boxes to have the code sent to your associated email address.
