Honestly its pretty straight foward the above is just the skills someone learning would absolutely need.

For Force if you already have a high level weapon you need the 120+T-atk skill element conversion and pp revival should be rushed then put points into Ice
For techer Pp regen should be rushed, then light boosts then element weak bonus, after that you can go into pp conversion if you know how to not get killed by it.

Basically the build above. It leaves plenty of skill points to spare so I'll suggest where to put them:

TE tree: PP Convert was already mentioned, you also can (and should) easily max out Dark Mastery 1 and 2.

FO tree: Talis Tech Bonus and Fast Throw will do you good. Talises are trickier than Rods but very powerful if used right. Rod Shoot is... optional. Charge Escape/Rod Keep Bonus are sometimes useful and only 2 SPs total. You could also look into the Fire Mastery tree.

In a few weeks the skill trees will be reshuffled and Element Mastery will be easier to reach.

You can comfortably get all 3 elements for Te after the changes come in.

Oh right, nearly forgot those. Definitely hyped for new FoTe builds.
Especially with the Zandion buff it will be great. Zandion's invincibility combined with good damage should be very nice.

Did Sega already show how any of the new class trees look like?

This might boost most of the element based on EP5 update.
But instead of putting point to wind element, you can spend that on Shifta Advance and (Resta Advance for more healing or PP Up for spamming).

P/s: My mistake. Thanks Miralduil, i forgot to check it again

    B-b-but, photon flare...

That was a joke by the way. Photon flare is rubbish as long as there are static percentile increases to put SPs into instead, and Force has plenty of those.

Also ep 5 goes live in like 36 hours, if anyone didn't decide on a tree yet it's better to wait and see how exactly the ep 5 ones look like instead of trying to guess.
