Having problems with starting pso2

Game keeps giving me this erroe code when i try to log into my sega id, error 602

I cant see my character model, can anyone explain

You probably need to run a file check. You can do this either by opening the official launcher (pso2launcher.exe in your pso2_bin) and hitting the third button from the top, or in the Tweaker, going into Troubleshooting and selecting check for old/missing files.

can see any character, or enemy model. all i see is my glasses
