People from SEA can access both the JP launcher and website atm, but it might just be a false alarm, i'd rather not think about it too much because they might place it back again.
may be when ep5 updated.we can dream
It's most likely a mistake on SEGA's part. They were doing some changes to their website recently, and possibly forgot to set the banned IP ranges again.
