Why do you even want that tact? It's 1* and have no latent. Can't even grind it. Either get the Zenesis tact or the BQ one or just use the default.

Edit: Oh, I see, part of the Wanda file. Well... Let's just say they should have given you free D/E/F caps and you should be running F cap stuffs to restock D.

Edit 2: Nope remembered wrong, that was only A/B/C. Trade some A caps for D caps. 10 A for a D.
