I'll stop taking names around the time PSO2 usually comes back online then which is...17:00 JST, 4AM EDT and 3AM Central. Unfortunately I won't have premium around the time prize is handed out unless non-premium players can drop boxes in rooms? If freemium can use gift boxes I'll gladly drop an Aika hair 2 in your room if it lands on you and roll again to determine where the remaining meseta goes!
