Don't think it's a Nintendo decision, free PSO2 items tend to be locked, probably to make you spend AC and scratch.

I'm just going to be under the assumption those of us in the midwest are never going to be able to log in to cloud to get the Zelda stuff.

Perhaps its time for a vacation away from the midwest.

I can actually get a good few minutes at a time with this but why bother

I can record a full video if you wanna see how low quality it gets in motion

It looks really choppy for me too. The dreamcast version played and looked better. LOL. I wasn't expecting anything better from a cloud based system across the world... The fact that we can even log in and get our items is cool enough for me.

quotin myself, doesnt matter what the account is. tried it for a bit, its like 240-360p bad in handheld, didnt try docked but that 1-2's delay on everything I do is annoying. Didn't DC though, got my runs in so idk how often I'll even play on my switch
