The error code i get basically says that there are too many people trying to connect and thus the server is busy and to try later.
Same. I remember reading something about Sega stating they had enough servers ready for the release and I didn't believe a word of it, lol.

In any case, so far none of the error messages say anything about regions or about not being allowed to play.
There´s just like 3 different messages that talk about either connection issues due to server stress or the servers being unreachable due to too many connections at once and a few other ways to basically say the same.
