No way are cobbled 14☆ weapons going to be stronger than dropped 14☆

I expect that cobbled 14☆ narrow the gap between 13☆ and 14☆ drops. If anything they added these because people are pussies and rage-quit over b/s like not getting a 14☆ weapon, so pso2 is throwing them a bone to keep them spending money.

no im aware of this, i mean i've been here just as long or longer as you BUT maybe this is the start of the entrance to 14* hood....but i mostly blame the casuals complaining about drop only loot

Oh, cool! Looks like it's just a reprint of the old Production Compendium but that's good enough for me. Especially if they re-scan any of the original artworks so that they're in higher quality.
