Tweaker occasionally not starting

Occasionally, Tweaker refuses to launch, no error, no popups, nothing. I have the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update installed (version 1709) but this has happened prior to this update. Checked the event logs and found the following:

UPDATE:
Fixed it. Added Tweaker's folder to Windows Defender's exclusion list and it appears to be working as normal now.

I'm getting the same problem atm. Apparently my Windows Defender class the tweaker.exe as being a 'Trojan' whenever I try to update.

It's a false positive. From googling around, that trojan isn't even real, and Windows Defender has a habit of spitting out these nonsensically named "trojans" whenever the definitions are old.
