Can't run the launcher properly

Hi there, sorry to bother. I was thinking on getting back to PSO2 and downloaded it, but got stuck in this error.(Images attached)
I remember i had some issues to run it the first time i've played it(i thinks it was almost 3~4 years ago haha), but i can't remember if it's the same problem, and even if it is, how to fix it.

Also, a question for when(if) this problem is fixed haha, which Ship you guys recommend me to play in?

Idk if its relevant, but i do know that the server are currently under maintenance, while i'm trying to open the launcher to update the game.


Quick update : already tried starting the game using PSO2 Tweaker and using all troubleshooting options in it.
