As for my taste:
1 head needs a few clicks bigger
2 overall heihgt decrease to about 185-190 cm
3 arms to few clicks longer and about 5 clicks thinner
4 tights a few clicks thicker
5 a male hairstyle gives bad impression here
And a little advice for a further editing: click 3rd button in right-bottom corner of the screen few times for better body meashures adjusting.
