PSO2 Tweaker Interface Glitch

For some reason the PSO2 Tweaker interface is messed up when I installed it. For example my PSO2 Tweaker looks like this:



But the PSO2 Tweaker is suppose to look like this:



The Launcher looked like that (first image) when I first installed it, only just realized it wasn't suppose to look like that? To anyone else who also uses PSO2 Tweaker, does your launcher also look like mine? (first image)

Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still looks like that; so is that just how the interface is suppose to look like?

This happened to me too when I changed my Display DPI Scaling(picture 1 is with 125-150%, picture 2 with 100%)
