I don't think they have anything to worry about.
I know it's all subjective and such but you could argue that particular hairstyle is one of the worst along with onion hair, I don't think anybody is going to wear it legitimately.

The worst part is that unlike the Skinhead it's too horrible for even the intentionally bad characters to use. It's just that ugly.
