[Tweaker] - Tweaker is failing to open.

Tweaker is failing to open. Sometimes it just won't load up at all. Sometimes I get the update prompt and it downloads the update, but Tweaker closes and doesn't re-open. When opening it again, it acts as though it wasn't updated.

OS: Windows 10
Version: 1709

Fixes attempted:
Reboot, disabled Defender, added Tweaker to Defender's Exceptions list, downloaded Tweaker from Arks-Layer website (which is still 4.0.5.8 so that didn't help), removed Tweaker fully, running as admin.

You can ignore this update (close the dialog box when it appears) and play normally, although the tweaker will ask for the update the next time you use it.

The developers introduced some fixes recently, and it appears that they want those fixes to stay.

Strangely enough, I downloaded the installer from the Arks page (4.0.5.8 ) and successfully updated to 4.0.6.0, but I don't know if that will work in your case.
