Pso2 launcher and tweaker cannot connect to website

Pso2 launcher cannot connect to the website and cannot launch the game which no errors show up.
Pso2 tweaker also cannot connect to the website, when troubleshooting , gameguard folder is missing but the main game do not fix it after fix gameguard error using tweaker.
I had tried reinstall the game several time and check deleted/old file but the problem still exist. Turn off the window firewall, add to exception of antivirus and flushing dns did not solve the problem.
