I don't know but i once or twice suggested them to implement some kind of system where you'll be guaranteed to have rare drop similar to matterboard progress, and then a year later the game got collection file.

Never hurt to let them know how you feel about certain class, most of the survey is to evaluate current state of the class about how you feel about certain point of the said class like their normal attack power, attack range, PA, etc. You can choose to skip class you don't really care about or rarely played.

For me, it was something like :
- Make crafting great again (12★)
- Shifta/Deband Advance are vain
- Reverser Field CD is toooo long
- Ice/Poison Ignitions are useless
- Craft Mastery is 100% miserable
- Make Point Assist work like WB
