Error 140

Been trying for a while now to update the game using the official launcher but after that long filecheck this error keeps popping again and again 140.jpg
i made sure to run as administrator and also deleted the .pat file mentioned in the picture to try and make the game redownload the whole if possible,lastly my connection is stable so i cant see that being the problem
any heads up regarding what to do would be appreciated

Just going to answer this myself in case someone else gets the same problem
I got the files from another person who had updated their client and copy pasted them into the folder seems to have fixed the issue and allowed the updater to continue from that point
