PSO2 Tweaker _ Launch Issues

Yo, here trying to jump back into PSO2 but the Tweaker is giving me a popup and a white status screen inside the usual PSO2 Tweaker UI within the new Tweaker. Someone told me to update when my previous Tweaker was working perfectly fine and now the new one has tons of issues, it was a pain to install but now I can't even get it to launch.

I tried going to the APPDATA folder and changing some text but since I had no idea what I was doing the change was barely even temporary at that. So if you have a fix for launching the PSO2 Tweaker after Installation please tell me because right now it is really just being a pain in the d*ck.
